Supply Chain Operator · Roanoke, VA
Eleven years across 3PL network design, ERP deployments, eCommerce fulfillment, and — today — AI-driven activity-based costing on one of the largest logistics cost bases in the world.
Three deep dives into how the work actually got done — the problem, the build, and what changed. Drafts in progress; full write-ups landing soon.
I'm a supply chain operator who has spent eleven years on the systems side of physical goods: selecting and deploying ERPs, standing up 3PL networks, running eCommerce fulfillment across Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart, and building the procurement and costing analytics that keep operations honest.
Currently at FedEx, I co-lead development of a new enterprise-wide activity-based costing system — and I'm building AI and agentic workflows directly into how that cost logic gets formed, tested, and scaled.
B.S.B.A. in Supply Chain Management from Appalachian State University (2013 Best Student in Supply Chain), and a current member of the App State Supply Chain Advisory Board.
Open to conversations about senior supply chain, systems, and AI-operations roles.
